RETURN POLICY
Can you tell me about the ingredients?
This is one of our favourite topics! All of our ingredients are found in nature. Like many Canadian manufacturers, it is our goal to source the cleanest and most natural ingredients, with an emphasis on maintaining short supply chains. While we work very hard to keep all of our processes within Canada, to maintain the integrity of our products + our values, we do have to step out of the country sometimes.
I am gluten-free or vegan, can I use your products?
Please know that our facility is not vegan or gluten-free certified, however, our products do not include gluten and are vegan.
- All shipping is via Canada Post.
- All standard shipments please allow 1-3 days to process and between 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
- All orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. This will result in an additional 2-3 days for fulfillment.
- If more than 15 days have passed since your order was processed, please email Trish at hello@foliamom.ca to request a review of the status of your order.
RETURN POLICY
- Folia Mom offers a 7 day return or exchange policy from when the package was delivered.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and with tags still intact.
- Items must be returned by mail within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges for the return will be the customers responsibility.
- Once we receive the return we will issue an exchange or refund for the cost of the item and GST.
- All shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable.
