You must think, with all these lovely products, I must have had a calm pregnancy where I connected and bonded with my growing baby and changing body as well as a speedy and restorative postpartum. Well, let me tell you, I did not. I prepared for my first postpartum recovery with a package of Always pads, that was all.

Everyone was 'all hands on deck' for the baby and so was I, of course we were, I was growing a human being, I was making actual eyeballs! But there was no one to take my hand, and guide me to what I needed.
There was really nothing on the market with a gigantic neon sign that said 'here you go mama, this is for you.' When we are expecting a baby, we are ultra-hyper focused on a million things at once, there is so much information that we need to absorb and so many important decisions to make. It also feels like that information is always changing. It is exciting and overwhelming and in unfortunate true-form, we put ourselves last.
After having 4 children in 4 years, I ended my Economist career and became a doula, I was birth-obsessed, not for the babies, but for the mothers. My husband thought that I wanted to go hold babies, thankfully, he witnessed both my mom & his mom care for me through all 4 postpartum journeys. They taught us the importance of the first 40 days -all the rituals surrounding this time and how a new mother needs to be handled, nourished, and heard.
I have been supporting and teaching new parents how to traverse their own unique journey since 2016. I knew that I must do better, make it easier for these mamas so, I took the leap to create a system of products to nurture you through pregnancy and restore you during postpartum.
